    Important Notice. This platform uses artificial intelligence (AI) technology to generate visual and multimedia content. All content produced through our Service is synthetically created by machine-learning models. No real persons are depicted.

    This Disclosure is provided by DREAMDIGITAL.AI LIMITED ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") and forms a binding part of our Terms of Service. It applies to every image, video, animation, and visual asset that appears anywhere on the Service.

    1. Key Facts

    • All images, videos, and visual content on this platform are AI-generated.
    • No real persons are depicted in any AI-generated content on the Service.
    • All characters and scenarios are entirely fictional.
    • Content is produced by neural-network models running on Company infrastructure.

    2. The Technology

    Generation is performed end-to-end by neural networks operated by the Company. Each generation passes through a fixed pipeline: input intake and screening, model inference (diffusion and adapter networks), an automated safety pass, and final delivery with labeling and provenance metadata applied.

    We do not train on identifiable photographs of private individuals, and we do not maintain an index of real-world subjects. Where stylistic references to public archetypes are used (for example, "magazine portrait" or "cartoon style"), the result is an aesthetic synthesis produced by the model — not a likeness reconstructed from data about any real person.

    3. Labeling of AI-Generated Content

    All AI-generated outputs on the Service are labeled with an "AI Generated" indicator to ensure transparency regarding the artificial origin of the content. The label is applied at three layers:

    • Visible badge. A persistent "AI Generated" badge appears on every image and video result on the Service.
    • File watermark. The badge is rendered into downloaded image and video files so that the disclosure persists when content is shared off-platform.
    • Provenance metadata. Downloaded files include AI-provenance markers in their metadata (XMP / EXIF and a C2PA-aligned manifest), identifying the Service as the producer.

    4. User Responsibility

    Users must not represent AI-generated content as depicting real persons. In particular, you agree that you will not:

    • Share or republish content produced through the Service as a photograph or recording of a real individual.
    • Use AI-generated content to harass, defame, intimidate, extort, or mislead any person.
    • Remove, obscure, alter, or otherwise tamper with the "AI Generated" badge or the provenance metadata embedded in downloaded files.

    Any misuse of AI-generated content to harass, defame, or mislead others is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement.

    5. Reporting Real-Person Harm

    Although outputs from the Service are synthetic, we recognize that an AI rendering may resemble a real individual closely enough to cause harm. If you believe content on the Service depicts you, or someone you represent, without consent, please use our Complaint & Removal Process or email [email protected]. We treat depicted-person reports as priority and aim to resolve them within five (5) business days.

    6. Updates to This Disclosure

    We will update this Disclosure when our generation pipeline or labeling implementation changes materially. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be announced in-product at least fourteen (14) days before they take effect.
