These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between DREAMDIGITAL.AI LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales, with its registered office at 128, City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") and you ("User," "you," or "your").
By accessing or using our website, applications, APIs, and AI-based services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to access or use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to terminate accounts that do not comply.
2. Description of Service
DREAMDIGITAL.AI LIMITED provides a platform for digital AI-based tools, including but not limited to AI character creation, voice synthesis, and large language model interactions.
- AI Nature: You acknowledge that the Service utilizes experimental artificial intelligence. Outputs may be inaccurate, offensive, or biased. You should independently verify any information generated.
- Evolution of Service: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.
3. User Accounts and Conduct
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
- You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to generating content that violates applicable laws or the rights of others.
- You must not attempt to circumvent any content filtering, safety mechanisms, or access controls implemented by the Service.
4. Intellectual Property
- Company IP: The Service, including its software, design, logos, and proprietary AI models, is owned by DREAMDIGITAL.AI LIMITED and protected by intellectual property laws.
- User-Generated Content: You retain ownership of the original prompts (Inputs) you provide. AI-generated outputs (Outputs) are subject to our usage policies and applicable law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use Outputs for personal or commercial purposes, provided such use complies with these Terms and applicable law.
- You must not use Outputs in any manner that infringes on the rights of third parties.
5. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate, distribute, or store any content depicting minors in sexual or exploitative contexts, including AI-generated content.
- Create non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII), deepfakes, or content depicting real individuals without their explicit consent.
- Promote, facilitate, or depict human trafficking, sexual exploitation, or coercion.
- Generate content depicting extreme violence, bestiality, or other illegal acts.
- Harass, threaten, or defame any individual or entity.
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
6. Content Monitoring and Moderation
We are committed to maintaining a safe and lawful platform. We employ a multi-layered content moderation approach:
A. Automated Detection
- AI-Based Filtering: All AI-generated outputs pass through proprietary content safety classifiers before delivery. These classifiers detect prohibited content categories in real time.
- Hash Matching: We use PhotoDNA and perceptual hashing technologies to detect known Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and flag matches immediately.
- Prompt Filtering: User input prompts are screened against a regularly updated blocklist of prohibited terms, phrases, and patterns.
B. Human Review
- Our Trust & Safety team manually reviews content flagged by automated systems, user reports, and random sampling audits.
- Reviewers are trained professionals who follow standardised guidelines aligned with the UK Online Safety Act 2023 and the EU Digital Services Act (DSA).
C. Ongoing Monitoring
- We conduct periodic audits of AI model outputs to identify emerging misuse patterns.
- We update our safety classifiers and prompt filters on a regular basis to address new threats.
D. Enforcement Actions
When prohibited content is identified, we take the following actions:
- Immediate Removal: Prohibited content is removed from the platform without delay.
- Account Suspension or Termination: Users who create or attempt to create prohibited content may have their accounts immediately suspended or permanently terminated.
- Law Enforcement Reporting: Confirmed CSAM or trafficking-related content is reported to the National Crime Agency (NCA) in the United Kingdom and, where applicable, the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) in the United States.
- Evidence Preservation: We preserve relevant data and logs as required by law for law enforcement investigations.
E. User Reporting
Users may report content they believe violates this policy by contacting us at . We aim to acknowledge all reports within 24 hours and take appropriate action within 72 hours.
F. Transparency
In accordance with the EU Digital Services Act, we publish periodic transparency reports detailing the volume of content moderation actions taken, the number of user reports received and actioned, and the use of automated tools and their accuracy metrics.
G. Appeals
Users whose content has been removed or whose accounts have been suspended may submit an appeal to within 14 days. Appeals are reviewed by a senior member of the Trust & Safety team who was not involved in the original decision.
7. Content Takedown Policy
We respect intellectual property rights and are committed to promptly addressing reports of infringing, unlawful, or non-consensual content.
A. Grounds for Takedown Requests
You may submit a takedown request if content on our platform:
- Infringes your copyright (DMCA / UK Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988).
- Depicts you without consent, including AI-generated deepfakes and non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII).
- Contains your personal data in violation of applicable data protection laws.
- Violates applicable law.
B. How to Submit a Takedown Request
Send the following information to :
- Your contact information (full name, email address, and if applicable, the organisation you represent).
- A clear description of the content to be removed, including the URL(s).
- A statement explaining the grounds for removal.
- Evidence of rights (if applicable).
- A statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorised.
- A declaration of accuracy (under penalty of perjury for DMCA claims).
- Your physical or electronic signature.

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification. Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file a court action within 10–14 business days, we may restore the content.
D. Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery (NCII)
NCII reports are treated with the highest priority:
- Expedited Processing: Reviewed and actioned within 24 hours.
- Minimal Evidence Required: A statement of identity and a description of the content is generally sufficient.
- Proactive Measures: Once removed, we deploy hashing technology to prevent re-upload.

F. Repeat Infringer Policy
Users who receive multiple valid takedown notices may have their accounts suspended or permanently terminated.
8. Anti-Trafficking Policy
DREAMDIGITAL.AI LIMITED maintains a zero-tolerance policy against human trafficking and sexual exploitation.
A. Our Commitment
We are committed to complying with all applicable anti-trafficking laws, including the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015, the US Trafficking Victims Protection Act (TVPA), and FOSTA-SESTA (Allow States and Victims to Fight Online Sex Trafficking Act). We proactively prevent our platform from being used to facilitate, promote, or profit from trafficking or exploitation.
B. Platform Safeguards
- Prompt and Output Filtering: Our AI safety systems detect and block prompts and outputs that depict or suggest trafficking scenarios, coercion, exploitation, or non-consensual situations.
- Model Training Controls: Our AI models are trained with datasets reviewed and filtered to exclude content associated with trafficking, exploitation, or abuse.
- User Activity Monitoring: We monitor platform usage patterns for indicators of trafficking-related activity, including attempts to generate coercive or exploitative content.
- Financial Monitoring: We work with our payment processors to monitor transactions for patterns consistent with trafficking or money laundering.
C. Prohibited Activities
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Using the Service to create content that depicts, promotes, or facilitates human trafficking or sexual exploitation.
- Advertising or soliciting commercial sexual services through the platform.
- Using AI-generated content to recruit, groom, or coerce individuals into trafficking situations.
- Any use of the platform to launder proceeds from trafficking or exploitation.
D. Reporting
Users who encounter content or activity related to trafficking should immediately report to (Subject: "Urgent: Trafficking Report"). All reports are reviewed within 4 hours.

E. Cooperation with Law Enforcement
We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies investigating trafficking-related activity. We proactively report confirmed or strongly suspected trafficking activity to the NCA and other relevant authorities.
F. Penalties
Users engaged in trafficking-related activities face immediate and permanent account termination, referral to law enforcement, and blacklisting from future use of our services.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold DREAMDIGITAL.AI LIMITED and its officers, directors, and employees harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DREAMDIGITAL.AI LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, the Service's integrity, or our business interests.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
