18 U.S.C. 2257 Exemption

18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 and 2257A are U.S. recordkeeping laws for producers of certain visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct involving real performers.

1. Why This Notice Exists

DreamyPorn AI does not employ, film, direct, or pay real performers for content generated through the Service. The Service is designed to generate synthetic AI outputs and does not operate as a studio producing recordings of actual sexually explicit conduct by real performers.

2. User Inputs and Adult Verification

Users remain responsible for ensuring that any uploaded reference image, prompt, or workflow input is lawful, adult-only, and used with all required rights and consent.

UK users must use Yoti age verification before they can create, access, or maintain an account where age verification is required. We may require additional verification or records when needed for safety, compliance, or complaint handling.

3. Screening and Records

Before uploaded content is accepted for generation or publication, we screen for minors, minor-appearing persons, celebrity/public-figure likenesses, NCII, and other prohibited categories.

We do not use user-uploaded images to train model weights. We may retain limited operational, safety, complaint, and legal records as needed to operate the Service and respond to reports.
