1. Adult-Only Access

Users must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction if higher. UK users must complete Yoti age verification before creating, accessing, or maintaining an account where verification is required.

2. Zero Tolerance

• No content may depict, sexualize, exploit, or suggest minors or minor-appearing persons.
• No prompt, upload, reference image, generated output, caption, or workflow may attempt to create underage sexual content.
• Attempts to evade age, minor, or CSAM safeguards may result in immediate removal, account termination, and reporting to appropriate authorities.

3. Screening

Before uploaded content is accepted for generation, publication, or workflow use, we use automated models and safety checks to detect minors, minor-appearing persons, and other prohibited content.
