Refund & Cancellation Policy

    At DREAMDIGITAL.AI LIMITED, we strive to provide high-quality AI-based services. Due to the significant computational costs associated with artificial intelligence processing and the digital nature of our assets, our refund and cancellation policy is as follows:

    1. Refund Eligibility

    We offer refunds only under very specific and limited circumstances to maintain the integrity of our AI resource allocation:

    • No Usage Record: A refund may be requested if the user has no successful generation history after the purchase.
    • Technical Failure: A refund may be considered if all attempts at using the service resulted in failed generations due to system errors.
    • Usage Threshold: To prevent abuse of digital assets, no refunds will be granted if the user has a record of three (3) or more consecutive successful AI generations. Once the service has been utilized beyond this threshold, the digital asset is deemed "consumed" and non-refundable.

    2. Refund Process

    To initiate a refund request, you must follow these steps:

    • 1. Written Request: Contact our support team at with your account information and a detailed reason for the refund.
    • 2. Internal Verification: Our team will review your generation logs and account activity to confirm eligibility based on the criteria in Section 1.
    • 3. Payment Platform Action: Once you receive a confirmation email from DREAMDIGITAL.AI LIMITED stating that your refund is approved, you must then proceed to the respective payment platform (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) to finalize the transaction reversal.
    • Note: DREAMDIGITAL.AI LIMITED cannot manually reverse transactions on certain third-party platforms without the user's initiation after our approval.

    3. Subscription Cancellation

    DREAMDIGITAL.AI LIMITED subscriptions are set to renew automatically to ensure uninterrupted service. It is the user's responsibility to manage their subscription status.

    • How to Cancel: To stop future automatic billing, you must log in to your account on the payment processor's platform (Stripe, PayPal, or other applicable payment gateways) and disable the "Auto-Renew" or "Subscription" setting.
    • Effect of Cancellation: Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the subscription features until the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued for the remaining days of a billing period.
    • Timing: We recommend cancelling at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date to avoid accidental charges.

    4. Exceptional Circumstances

    DREAMDIGITAL.AI LIMITED reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to issue refunds in exceptional circumstances (e.g., confirmed fraudulent use of a credit card). Such one-time gestures do not waive our strict non-refundable policy for future instances.
