At DreamBy AI, Energy Packs are one-time purchases that add Energy to your DreamyPorn AI account. They are not subscriptions and do not renew automatically. This policy explains how Energy Pack purchases and payment or account issues are handled.

Energy Pack Purchases

  • One-Time Purchase: Each Energy Pack is a separate, one-time transaction.
  • No Subscription or Automatic Renewal: Buying an Energy Pack does not enroll you in a subscription or create recurring billing.
  • Energy Balance: Purchased Energy is added to your account and is consumed when you use eligible DreamyPorn AI features.
  • Energy Expiration: Purchased Energy does not expire.
  • Promotional or Complimentary Energy: Energy received through promotions, bonuses, or complimentary grants has no cash value and cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.

Final Sale and No Refunds

All completed Energy Pack purchases are final and non-refundable.

  • Purchased or Unused Energy: Purchased Energy, including any unused balance, cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
  • Change of Mind or Output Preference: This includes accidental purchases, changes of mind, and dissatisfaction with AI-generated results.

Payment or Account Issues

  • Missing Energy: If your payment was completed but the purchased Energy does not appear in your account, contact support. We will investigate the transaction and correct your Energy balance if needed.
  • Duplicate or Unrecognized Charge: If you notice a duplicate or unrecognized charge, contact support promptly. We will investigate and correct any verified billing error.
  • Information to Provide: Include your account email, order or transaction ID, purchase date, and amount. Never send your full payment card number.
